Julia Wenger Watson, J.D.

For close to two decades, Julia Wenger Watson has worked in all aspects of music promotion with hundreds of internationally touring artists in multiple venues. During her career, she has been the Director of Tulsa’s well-loved All Soul Acoustic Coffeehouse, where her duties included everything from talent buying to hospitality and promotion, a radio show host of “Tune in Tulsa,” a music and conversation broadcast on KOSU.org, and the Co-Director of Tulsa Roots Music, a non-profit music presenter she co-founded in 2012. She is also a freelance writer with a focus on music, art and culture, co-developer and co-executive producer of “Live From Cain’s” a radio show concept for eventual syndication on public radio, and co-creator of the Mayo Moto Street Classic, an urban motorcycle and music festival. In addition, Julie has extensive experience in marketing, public relations and event planning. A longtime community volunteer, Julie has served on the board of numerous non-profits. She holds a B.A. from the University of Kansas and a J.D. from the University of Oklahoma.

Brett Acton Dobratz, RN BSN

Brett began her career as a research biologist and transitioned into research administration. She worked at the National Institutes of Health, Eastern Virginia Medical School and the University of Arizona Medical School. She left academia to become a full time mother to three children. When her youngest entered school, Brett went back to school to pursue an additional bachelor’s degree in nursing. During her schooling, Brett worked for a small business, managing their social media, website, graphic production, media relations and advertising. She became proficient in graphics programs such as SketchUp (3D modeling software) and Adobe Photoshop. Brett graduated from nursing school in 2017 and has been employed as a peri-operative nurse. She maintains her interest and aptitude in the administrative, scientific, technological and design domains. She holds a B.S. in Microbiology and Disease Pathology from Virginia Tech and a B.S. in Nursing from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa.
